陸功 Zipson 的雙關斷閥是由兩個阻塞閥及一個排洩閥組合而成的完整球閥組件。目的是安全地隔離或阻塞管件中的流體或介質，以使來自上游端的流體不會到達球閥的下游端，然後藉由排洩閥排出剩餘的流體。藉由多一道的關斷動作，防止有害或不安全的流體不在系統準許下排放到下游端。
