中軸密封設計

適合長期運作的高性能球閥

高性能球閥的自動調節磨耗補償的中軸墊片設計可長時間運作, 减少維護和密封件更換的頻率，此設計非常適合搭配自動控制的氣缸或電動頭使用。及至密封墊片被磨損至彈簧補償的極限時，流體會經由閥體頸部的視窗中流出，使現場使用者發現，並於洩漏初期更換閥門或密封件，同時保護在上方的趨動器。

陸功 Zipson 還可以根據需要提供符合 ISO 15848 或 TA-Luft 防逸散性的產品。為了保證人身或環境的安全，逸散性加高軸可作為超臨界工况的一種選擇。

不鏽鋼球閥及碳鋼球閥

多數的Zipson 陸功閥門同時提供不鏽鋼及碳鋼兩種材質，部分常用型號亦提供特殊合金材質。客戶可依使用的流體及環境工況進行採購。產品亦提供了符合國際標準的防靜電設計及符合 NACE MR0175 或 MR0103 要求的設計，可在採購時一併提出。

陸功的所有高性能球閥都具備 ISO 5211 直接加裝平台。客戶僅需瞭解扭力值、ISO平台和中軸的配合尺寸即能進行管道系統的自動控制作業。這些閥門是為方便安裝執行器和齒輪箱而設計的。

Low Torque Design

Option of Low torque design is to reduce at least 30% of valve torque for choosing smaller size actuator to save cost for working pressure less than 600 psi

Stem extension (EB series bracket) is usually for thermal isolation. The ISO pad mount is convenient to mount the extended bonnet
